I am Anne-Marie Orrock, Founder and Managing Director of Corporate Canary HR Consulting (from now on it’s just Corporate Canary…the rest is a mouthful!) and whilst Corporate Canary has been in operation for some years now the focus has been on our clients through our main website portal.
In more recent times it has occurred to me whilst our website provides tons of information on us, our services and resources available regarding human resources in general it didn’t provide a forum for you to voice your opinion, your experiences or for me to express further thought, ideas and views as an extension of the information provided.
So here we are and the opportunity is available for all to make your thoughts and comments on the discussion topics.
This is a forum of discussion on all areas of the Human Resources Life Cycle from Recruitment and Attraction, to Onboarding and Induction, Employee Performance, Talent Management, Training & Development, Leadership Development, Remuneration and Benefits, HR Strategy…the whole gammit! The spin, however for some posts is how it relates to technology enterprises and related industries.
Mainly at this point the blog topics will spin off current work and projects with clients that you can relate to, what we are seeing out there ‘in the wild’, and response and thought on points of interest in the media.
I also have the HR Soap Box – a place we can let off some steam! So would love to hear your HR gripes too~
It is all designed to help us all become more fully equipped, knowledgeable and connected in HR issues.
